OpenFray 1.3.1 is a small patch focused on the shared player view. It fixes three things:
- Sharing is more reliable when the Game Master’s tab is inactive, reducing interruptions to the table’s screen.
- Updates reach the player view even when the GM’s and players’ device clocks differ. The Real timer also shows the correct elapsed time.
- Dead creatures appear below the living turn order, matching the GM’s tracker.
The console now shows its version beside the license in the footer and in the phone settings menu.
Report a bug
Your feedback matters to me. I can test OpenFray at my own table, but your sessions reveal problems I might never encounter. Bug reports help me reproduce and fix those problems; feedback helps me understand what needs to be clearer or easier.
If something goes wrong or feels awkward at your table, please tell me, whether you’re signed in to OpenFray or playing without an account.
Open the console’s gear menu and choose Report a bug, or open a bug report on GitHub. Describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Include your console version and browser, and a screenshot if it helps. Leave out private player information and sharing PINs.
Reporting currently requires a GitHub account. The roadmap includes a simpler reporting process that won’t require one.
Open the console to run your next encounter.
